I would like to invite you to experience Finnish education firsthand by observing educators in their daily work. This is an opportunity to discover innovative teaching methods and practical approaches to education within our schools. Please let me know if you are interested in scheduling a visit or learning more about these Erasmus+ jobshadowing possibilities for teachers.
This jobshadowing program offers teachers and education professionals from across Europe the opportunity to spend an entire week experiencing the Finnish education system firsthand. Participants can observe lessons, follow daily teaching routines, and see how different forms of learning are integrated into the classroom.
During your upcoming visit, you will have the opportunity to:
- Observe lessons and teaching practices in Finnish schools.
- Analyze how Finnish pedagogy emphasizes student-centered learning
- Interact with Finnish teachers
- Earn a certificate of completion
The standard fee for a 5 day job shadowing is only €350 per person, which includes 25.5% VAT.
