General terms & conditions
1. Payment of fees
The participants must comply with the payment deadlines and instructions send to them by EduFuture. The course is only guaranteed when payment has been received by EduFuture in full and on time.
2. Liability
EduFuture cannot be held liable for any accidents, damages or cancellation of the course arising from force majeure (such as a strike, viruses, blockade, acts of terrorism, riot, natural disaster, etc.). Also, EduFuture cannot be held legally responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. The participants cannot not assert any claims. This also applies to the compensation for travel and accommodation costs.
3. The right of Cancellation
To cancel booked courses, notice must be given in writing.

Up to 90 days before the start of the course: 70% of cost will be refunded

Up to 30 days before the start of the course: 50% of cost will be refunded

Less than 30 days before the start of the course: no refund will be given
4. Subject to change
EduFuture reserves the right to make changes to the course program at any time (for instance due to changes of availability of speakers and schools, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events). If necessary, changes may also be made to its methods, place, and organization before or during the course, insofar as these changes do not substantially diminish the described benefits of the course for the participants. EduFuture will immediately inform participants of such changes.
5. Certificate of participation
A certificate of active participation is issued to each participant following the course. The certificate is given in paper form at the closing ceremony and can also be send to participant via e-mail as a printable signed and stamped PDF.
7. Insurance
Participation in our course is at your own risk. EduFuture is not liable for accidents, illness or other damages made by you during the course. We are also not liable for accidents on the way to and from the course. Furthermore, we disclaim all liability for loss of wardrobe, valuables, personal items, money, etc.
You confirm with your registration that you have taken out an internationally valid travel insurance, which covers all costs in case of illness, accidents or damages made by you.
8. Usage of data and privacy
In registering for this course, all participants grant EduFuture the right to save and process his/her personal data. EduFuture is solely responsible for saving and processing the data. The data (comprised of the participant’s mobile phone and other electronic contact info) is used for informing the participant about future courses.
We reserve the right to make, under notice, photos during the course for promotional purposes. If you do not agree, you must let us know in writing in advance.
